Friendly staff, nice menu and decent priced drinks. Definitely recommended. Also very nice atmosphere inside as well a slowly music. You can come in with your dog too!

Came to visit on vacation, tried out this little cafe near our Holiday Inn. Best food I’ve had in Essex, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was one of the best deserts I’ve had in years. I would easily buy a ticket back to London just to travel up here for a burger and dessert. 10/10, new destination visit.
Had an impromptu brunch here after a morning shopping with my daughter. I felt compelled to provide a review as this place is great! Staff were wonderful and extremely attentive. Massively recommend the Miami brunch meal, those sweetcorn and cheese fritters are insane! Can’t wait to return, definitely my new favourite place.
The food at Novo was amazing! Came out quick, warm and well presented. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to take a pic as I was too hungry to mess around with photos Zoe was absolutely fantastic! Welcomed with a smile and was definitely made to feel like one of the Novo family. My children loved the place and Zoe was sure to point out fun sections of the restaurant where they could play games and let their creative juices flow. She made sure that the children were offered plastic cutlery and we were told when plates were hot to touch. She remembered me from my last visit, which was a lovely touch as that was nearly 6 months ago. All staff there showed great attention to detail and wonderful customer service. I will 100% be visiting Novo again thanks to the constant level of professionalism. Thank you Zoe and the team!
